START WORKS MARKETING S.A. DE C.V., which operates under the brand Our Next Trip, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of the Individuals. We are dedicated to designing and coordinating tourist experiences in Mexico: custom itineraries, reservations in restaurants and activities, transport, VIP tours and real-time support during your trip. What follows describes precisely what we do with the information you share with us, from the moment we receive it until the moment you stop being with us.
Your information comes to Our Next Trip only when you decide to share it, and only through two ways. The first is the site's contact form, where you can tell us your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, the reason for your consultation, the estimated dates of your trip, the number of people and any additional details you consider relevant to design your experience. The second is the payment process, which operates through an encrypted gateway; in that process Our Next Trip does not store or have access to the full data of your bank card, this handling occurs entirely within the environment of the certified processor. Our Next Trip does not collect sensitive data at any point in the contact process or service delivery.
Our Next Trip implements administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data from damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use. Access to information is restricted to the authorized personnel who require it to meet the purposes described in this notice.
Every data we receive has a concrete purpose within your journey. We use it to design your itinerary as described, to manage the reservations with the suppliers involved in your experience (restaurants, tour operators, transport services, activities), to maintain communication with you during the trip through your assigned concierge, and to issue the corresponding tax vouchers. We do not use them to send you third-party advertising or share them with companies that do not have a direct role in the execution of their experience. If at some point we want to get back in touch with a previous consultation that did not result in a reservation, we will let you know before; just tell us not to do so to stop trying.
There are times when your information reaches other hands, always with a precise operational purpose. The local suppliers Our Next Trip coordinates on their behalf (restaurants, guides, operators) receive only the minimum necessary to execute the reservation: name, number of people, date and relevant preferences such as allergies or accessibility requirements. Payment processors operate with certified security standards. The tax, judicial or regulatory authorities may have access to what the law requires, in such terms as that obligation provides. No transfer has commercial purposes.
The ournexttrip.com.mx site uses cookies and tracking technologies for site technical operation, shopping cart processing and navigation analysis. When using the site, you consent to the use of necessary cookies. For analytical or marketing cookies, Our Next Trip will request your express consent where appropriate. Your data have a defined life time. Los del formulario de contacto que no derivaron en una reserva se eliminan o disocian en un máximo de seis meses desde la última interacción. Los de facturación y pago se conservan cinco años conforme al Código Fiscal de la Federación. Vencido cada plazo, la información se bloquea y se destruye de forma irreversible.
La LFPDPPP le reconoce cuatro derechos que puede ejercer en cualquier momento sin necesidad de justificarse: Acceso, saber qué información tenemos sobre usted y cómo la usamos; Rectificación, corregir lo que esté incompleto o desactualizado;, Cancelación, pedir que la eliminemos de nuestros registros; y Oposición, indicar que dejemos de usarla para alguna finalidad específica. Para ejercer cualquiera de estos derechos escríbanos a contacto@ournextrip.com.mx con su nombre completo, la descripción del derecho que desea ejercer y una copia de identificación oficial. Responderemos en un máximo de veinte días hábiles contados a partir de la recepción de su solicitud. Si considera que su solicitud no fue atendida de forma correcta, puede acudir al INAI en www.inai.org.mx.
Asimismo, usted puede revocar en cualquier momento el consentimiento que nos haya otorgado para el tratamiento de sus datos personales, sin efectos retroactivos, escribiéndonos a contacto@ournextrip.com.mx.
Si actualizamos este aviso, publicaremos la nueva versión en ournexttrip.com.mx con la fecha de entrada en vigor. Los cambios no afectan experiencias ya reservadas y pagadas bajo los términos vigentes al momento de la compra.
